Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery takes 3-7 business days after processing, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping within the United States is a flat $4.95 per order, and free on orders over $50. All orders ship from our warehouse in Houston, Texas.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow some time for the tracking to update.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help.
